    1. Even if you are not paying Mount Southington directly, you still need to select yes, so you receive the card.

      • If you are paying your school or organization directly, you are finished.

Your RFID card is your ticket:

  • Before your first visit, your group coordinator will collect the RFID cards from Mount Southington, for each participant in the group.
  • To get on a Mount Southington lift,  your RFID card must be on your person and scannable, so remember to bring it with you for each visit.
  • If the card scans and says you are not allowed on the lift, please do not argue with our staff; they cannot change anything.  Instead, simply head over to guest services and they can assist you.
  • If you forget your card or lose your card, go to guest services and they will issue you a new card for a $5 fee.  The old card will then be deactivated.

 Equipment Rental:

  • Upon arrival, if you are renting equipment head to the ski and snowboard rental building to pick up your equipment.
  • You will need to show your RFID card to the staff so they can see your details and give you the proper equipment.
  •  As in the past years, helmets are not included in group rental equipment.  You may add on a helmet to your purchase online each time your group visits.
  • Your equipment needs to be returned to the rental building before you leave the ski area each visit.
