Mock Job Interviews

On Friday, April 5, 2019 all 130 of our 12th grade students in the Career Development classes participated in a Mock Job Interview Event. The program was planned and organized by Career Development teachers Stacey Moed-Klein and Rodney Irizarry. The New Britain Herald reported on the Mock Job Interviews and published the attached article. We had 15 community professionals join us to do all of the interviews. Businesses represented were: Beazley Group, University of Connecticut – Facilities Department, Trumpf Inc., Tammy Najam Salon, Westminster Tool, Winslow Automatics, Aerotek Recruiting & Staffing, Securities America, CT National Guard, U.S. Army, New England Tech.
We want to thank the following: our administrators, Principal Williams, Assistant Principals Wight and Zdunczyk, our entire Maintenance staff, Mr. Jerome Barner, Ms. Danuta Mullen, our entire National Honor Society membership, and the Culinary Instructors and Trade Students as well as everyone else who helped make the Mock Job Interviews a success.

Congratulations to all on a job well done!
