October 2025 Students of the Month
9th grade Student of the Month
9th:
Aidan Barret– Aidan is a polite student who always works hard in class. He is a self-advocate and a natural leader. Recently, I was impressed that he assisted a student who needed help on an assignment. Rather than give the answer or rush to dismiss the student; he patiently explained the prompt, reworded it, and helped to teach the student how to complete the work. Aidan continues to impress me. – Ms. Antonacci
10th Grade Student of the Month
10th:
Kenisha Rivera Ramos-Kenisha has started off the year right where she left off last year. She served as a model student last year, and continues to do so this year. She is kind, polite, thoughtful, and is always willing to help both students and teachers. She is always a pleasure to have in class and always works incredibly hard; always giving her best effort and achieving excellent results that match! -Mr. Wood
11th Grade Student of the Month
11th:
Amaris Rosado (2 Nominations)– Amaris is a standout in health tech. She is kind, hard working, personable and a natural caregiver. In clinical she connects with her patients and shows great empathy and compassion. Amaris is quick to jump in to help and is very accountable for her actions and behaviors. It is a privilege teaching her in health tech. Ms. Amber Hammond
I couldn’t agree more with Ms. Hammonds nomination of Amaris. She has a great sense of humor but is quick to transition when professionalism is required. She has a spirit of inquiry always asking thoughtful questions and will be such a great addition to the healthcare field. -Ms. DeCusati
12th Grade Student of the Month
12th:
Ozzeir Headley- After a Class of 2026 Class Meeting Ozzeir stayed behind to help clean up the room. He reorganized chairs, picked up loose papers, and ensured that Ms. Kelliher and I did not require any more help before leaving. When we asked him why he was staying to do this, he stated that “It was the right thing to do” Ozzeir can also be seen in the hallways giving guidance to ninth graders who are lost in the halls and helping them as they learn to navigate a new building and new teachers. He has really showed his Gladiator Goodness! -Ms. Antonacci
