Each year EC Goodwin Students compete in a Battle of the Grades on the half day before Thanksgiving. Students participate in a series of games including a 3 point shooting contest, Jello pie eating contest, and the tug of war.

Each year EC Goodwin Students compete in a Battle of the Grades on the half day before Thanksgiving. Students participate in a series of games including a 3 point shooting contest, Jello pie eating contest, and the tug of war. Grades earn points based on their place in each event. At the end of the games, points are tallied and the winning class is awarded the Gladiator Helmet. This year’s winners were the Senior Class. The seniors have won the event 4 out of the past 5 years that the event has been held.
